Reservation Terms:

- 25% deposit of the rental price (by bank transfer or cheque)

- Balance of the payment + security deposit of 300 EUR (to cover any damage or cleaning not done at the end of the stay) to be paid up to 48 hours before the arrival date.

This security deposit will be refunded no later than 15 days after the end of the stay, minus any damage or cleaning fees incurred during the stay.

To be provided by the tenant:

- Bring bed linens, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels:

  o Bunk beds (80x190 cm mattresses): fitted sheet 80x190 cm, duvet cover 140x200 cm, pillowcases.

  o Sofa bed (80x190 cm mattresses): fitted sheet (2 sheets 80x190 cm or 1 sheet 160x190 cm), duvet cover (2 duvet covers 140x200 cm or 1 duvet cover 220x240 cm), pillowcases.

- Bath towels & hand/dish towels

- Perform cleaning at the end of the stay (a deduction of 100 EUR will be applied to the security deposit in case of unclean or poorly done cleaning). There is an option to book a cleaning service for an additional fee (please contact us).

IMPORTANT:

- This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (access to the apartment by elevator to the 6th floor, then stairs to the 7th floor);

- Non-smoking apartment;

- Pets not allowed;

- The top bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Preyerand district, access to La Croisette – resort center:

- 5 minutes by the Préyerand gondola (free) during ski lift opening hours;

- 10 minutes on foot (600m distance, 100m elevation gain);

- Free parking in front of the residence;

- Shops and restaurants: Sherpa supermarket, ski rental, and restaurants 200m away (open during the resort's operating season), shops in the La Croisette area.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday during the winter season.

Arrival/Departure:

- Arrival from 5:00 PM

- Departure by 12:00 PM at the latest

It is possible to adjust these times depending on the schedules of the tenants arriving or departing the apartment.
